It helps to resolve workplace conflicts, especially in cases where colleagues are depressing creativity.
Curiosity regarding this piece of artwork is that it took several years before I resigned myself to create a double picture. The creations are mirror images of each other in shapes with a bit of exaggeration, but in colors they are the opposite of each other in regard to the frame from dried plants and the background color of the creation to create balance in opposition.
